Submission Guidelines

The Quality Jewelry Directory is a high quality jewelry directory that includes a compilation of some of the best jewelry sites available.


If you would like your URL included, please select the appropriate category then click the “Suggest Link”. The basic submission is FREE when you include a reciprocal link to us.  We reserve the right to modify the terms of the submission in the future, but web sites that are already listed will remain so.


Directories that have strong PR or Search Engine ranking in each category became that way because of strong reciprocal link programs.  The Quality Jewelry Directory requires quality reciprocal links and PR from your links page and/or home page to become an effective tool.


Linking to us from a page with good PR increases our ranking and thus enables our categories to get more visibility within search engines.  The Quality Jewelry Directory does not scrape data from other directories.  We rely on WC3, SEO and Reciprocals to build a directory that has quality PR and thus delivers more targeted traffic to you in the end.


If you are the site owner please consider becoming a link partner. Our robot will visit your site and check for a reciprocal link to our site.  Sites that link back to us receive "priority listing" in each category and are flagged with 5 stars for recognition.  Priority Listings are determined by the date you joined.

Please ensure you have selected the most relevant category for your URL. Many submissions are rejected due to not selecting the most specific category/sub-category for your URL.


URL - Not Accepted


The Quality Jewelry Directory will not accept the following:


   1. Sites that include, or promote illegal content, political propaganda, Hate sites, Warez or Google/Yahoo Link Farms.
   2. Sites that use redirects to another URL.
   3. Sites that are “under construction.” Please complete your site prior to submission.
   4. Sites that are “mirror sites.” “Mirror sites” contain identical content, but different URL's.
   5. Sites that contain mostly affiliate links. Affiliate links promote or sell products or services outside of their website.
   6. Adult related or gambling sites are NEVER accepted, so please do not submit them.
   7. Your website should be top level domain.  Blogs will be considered if they are considered relavent.
   8. This is a jewelry directory: We only accept jewelry,jewelry making, wedding & gift sites that are related to jewelry. 
   9. Sites that are not relavent.
  

Title

The title must contain the name of the company or original website's title. The entire title must be no longer than 55 characters, which include spaces.

Description

A description of your website or web page must be included. Descriptions must be a minimum of 150 characters and no longer than 300 characters. The description should not include adjectives such as best, great or include signs as Please refrain from using promotional advertisements in your description.
